D628
Description:
D628 is graphite type wear resistant abrasive wear high carbon, high chromium cast iron welding electrodes. The surfacing layer is a high-carbon, high-chromium cast iron type of diffusion carbide, and the surfacing layer has higher hardness and better heat-resistant property, but the surfacing layer is hard and brittle and has a lower ability of bearing pressure and impact load. Surfacing layer wear-resistant abrasive wear performance, as far as possible the use of smaller currents, in order to facilitate hard-coated layer hard crystal orientation.
use:
For surfacing to withstand a slight impact load, but requires good abrasion resistance wear-resistant surface. Such as hammer mill hammerhead, fan mill impact plate.

Precautions:
1. The electrode before welding shall be baked at 250 ℃ for 1h.
2.When surfacing welding preheated 400 ~ 600 ℃, and the workpiece rust, oil and other clean.
3. The length of each surfacing to no more than 50 ~ 70mm is appropriate.
4. After welding the workpiece should be tempered at 600 ~ 700 ℃ 1h and then slow cooling, or welding immediately after the workpiece into the dry and preheated sand box or straw ash slow cooling.
