D577
Description:
D577 is a low hydrogen sodium type coating, alloy steel chromium-manganese-based valve surfacing electrode. Adopt DC reverse, the surfacing metal is high Cr-Mn-austenitic steel, so the cold-hardening effect is remarkable, with good anti-galling performance, a certain medium temperature hardness, good thermal stability, such as with the D507Mo Use, get good anti-galling performance, the crack resistance of the electrode is good, surfacing process is simple, without preheating before welding, heat treatment after welding, surfacing metal cutting performance is good.
use:
For surfacing at a temperature below 510 ℃ in the high temperature valve sealing surface, such as in the gate valve with the D507Mo used, the service life is higher.
Deposited metal chemical composition (%)
| C | Mn | Si | Cr | Ni | Mo | Other elements of the total |
guarantee value | ≤1.10 | 12.00 ~ 18.00 | ≤2.00 | 12.00 ~ 18.00 | ≤6.00 | ≤4.00 | ≤3.00 |
Surfacing layer hardness:
HRC≥28
Reference current (DC + )
Electrode diameter (mm) | φ3.2 | φ4.0 | φ5.0 |
Welding current (A) | 80 ~ 120 | 120 ~ 160 | 160 ~ 200 |
Precautions:
1. Before welding electrodes to be 300-350 ℃ baking 1h
2. After surfacing metal processing height should be 5mm above to ensure uniform chemical composition and hardness.
