D547Mo
Description:
D547Mo is a low hydrogen sodium type CrNiSiMo valve welding electrodes, using DC reverse. Surfacing metal has good high temperature anti-scratch, erosion and other properties, high temperature hardness, good thermal stability and fatigue resistance. The surfacing metal aging effect is remarkable, with the increase of aging time, the hardness and anti-galling performance are further improved.

Precautions:
1. Before welding electrode to be about 300 ℃ baking 1h.
2. Welding large workpieces, deep hole small-diameter stop valve body or other steel to be preheated to a certain temperature and slow cooling after welding.
3. Surfacing welding should be continuous 3 to 4 layers, shall not be interrupted, the thickness of the welding layer should be processed not less than 5mm, in order to ensure the hardness and chemical composition of stability, but not over-thick welding, so as to avoid cracks.
