D507Mo
Description:
D507Mo is a low hydrogen sodium type 1Cr13 valve welding electrode. Surfacing metal is 1Cr13 semi-ferritic high-chrome steel. Surfacing layer with air quenching properties, surfacing metal has a high temperature hardness, good thermal stability, erosion resistance. If used with the D577 electrode can get good anti-galling performance. Surfacing process is simple, not preheating before welding, welding is not processed, the use of DC reverse.
use:
For surfacing at a temperature below 510 ℃ in the high temperature medium pressure valve sealing surface. Gate valve sealing surface should be used in conjunction with the electrode and D577 (valve seat and the valve were used above two kinds of welding rod).

| C | Cr | Ni | Mo | W | Other elements of the total |
guarantee value | ≤0.20 | 10.00 ~ 16.00 | ≤6.00 | ≤2.50 | ≤2.00 | ≤2.50 |
Example value | 0.14 | 11.75 | 3.50 | 0.45 | 1.30 | - |
Surfacing layer hardness:
(Air-cooled after welding) HRC ≥ 37 (softening to 510 ℃)
Reference current (DC + )
Electrode diameter (mm) | φ3.2 | φ4.0 | φ5.0 |
Welding current (A) | 80 ~ 120 | 120 ~ 160 | 160 ~ 200 |
Precautions:
1. Before welding electrodes to be 300 ~ 350 ℃ baking 1h.
2. Surfacing layer processing, its thickness should be more than 5mm, in order to ensure the stability of hardness and composition.
