D507
Description:
D507 is a low hydrogen sodium type 1Cr13 valve welding electrodes, using DC reverse. Surfacing metal is 1Cr13 semi-ferritic high-chrome steel. Surfacing layer with air quenching properties, generally do not need heat treatment, hardness uniformity, can also be annealed at 750 ~ 800 ℃ softening, when heated to 900 ~ 1000 ℃ air cooling or oil quenching, can be re-hardened.
use:
This is a versatile welding electrode for surfacing welding of carbon steel or alloy steel shafts and valves with a working temperature below 450 ° C.

Precautions:
⒈ welding electrode to be 300 ~ 350 ℃ baking 1h.
⒉ pre-welding the workpiece to be preheated to 300 ℃ above, after welding different heat treatment can obtain the appropriate hardness.
