Description:
D397 is a low hydrogen sodium type CrMnMo hot forging surfacing electrode, the use of DC reverse. Surfacing layer organization martensite + retained austenite, with wear resistance and abrasive wear resistance.
use:
It is also used to repair 5CrMnMo, 5CrNiMo, 5CrNiSiW steel old forging dies, or build-up high-strength wear-resistant parts.

Precautions:
1. Before welding electrode to be about 300 ℃ baking 1h.
2. Before welding the workpiece should be preheated to 250 ℃ above, slow cooling after welding.
