Description:
The main component of wire is 22Cr-12Ni. Equipped with JQ.SJ601 stainless steel alkaline sintered flux, the deposited metal has good mechanical properties, crack resistance, resistance to intergranular corrosion. Due to high alloy content, high temperature resistance is good.
use:
Often used in welding carbon steel and stainless steel dissimilar materials or applied to poor toughness martensitic, pearlite stainless steel welding. Applications such as petrochemicals, thermal power stations and other industries.

Precautions:
1. Welding temperature between the proposed control at about 150 ℃. Small and medium size multi-channel multi-layer welding, pay attention to control the welding line energy.
2. Welding parts of the rust layer, moisture, oil, dust, etc. really want to clean up.
3 flux before use to be 300 ~ 350 ℃ baking 2h.
