Description:
Wire main ingredient is 13Cr, martensitic stainless steel submerged arc welding wire. Equipped with stainless steel flux, the deposited metal has good mechanical properties, crack resistance, anti-intergranular corrosion resistance. Due to high alloy content, high temperature resistance is good.
use:
Often used in hydropower stations and other wear and corrosion applications, such as 12Cr13 (SUS 410) material welding.

Precautions:
1. Welding temperature between the proposed control at about 150 ℃. Small and medium size multi-channel multi-layer welding, pay attention to control the welding line energy.
2. Welding parts of the rust layer, moisture, oil, dust, etc. really want to clean up.
3 flux before use to be 300 ~ 350 ℃ baking 2h.
