A407
Description:
A407 is alkaline Cr26Ni21 pure austenitic stainless steel electrode. Deposited metal 900-1100 ℃ high temperature conditions with excellent oxidation resistance. Using DC reverse, can be full position welding. As the weld is pure austenite, thermal cracking performance is better than the dual-phase structure.
use:
For the same type of heat-resistant stainless steel, stainless steel lining and dissimilar steel welding, but also can be used to weld hardenable Cr5Mo, Cr9Mo, Cr13 and Cr28 steel.

Precautions:
1. Before welding electrodes to be about 250 ℃ baking 1h.
2. Operating current should not be too large.
