J907Cr
Description:
J907Cr low hydrogen sodium type coating of low alloy high strength steel electrode, the DC power supply, the electrode connected to the positive, all-position welding.
use:
Used for welding of low-alloy high-strength steel pressure vessels and other structures with a tensile strength equivalent to about 880N / mm 2 . Such as 14CrMnMoVB, 30CrMo, 35CrMo steel and so on.

Precautions:
1. Pre-welding electrode to be 400 ℃ baking 1h, it is recommended at 50 ~ 100 ℃ insulation, with the baking with the use, in order to reduce the hydrogen content of the weld metal, thereby reducing the tendency of cracks.
2. Solder before welding to remove rust and dirt, and preheated about 200 ℃.
3. After welding can be 600 ~ 650 ℃ tempering to clear the stress.
