Description:
JJ507NiCu is a low hydrogen sodium type weathering steel electrode. Using DC reverse, can be full position welding. The deposited metal has excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, crack resistance and good ductility and toughness.
use:
For carbon steel and 490N / mm 2 Welding Tensile strength level weathering steel, such as rolling stock welded structure, offshore engineering, bridges and the like.

Precautions:
⒈ welding electrode to be baked by 350 ℃ 1h, with baking with the use.
⒉ weld before welding must be removed rust, oil, water and other impurities.
⒊ welding operation required to use a short arc to narrow the welding is appropriate.
