J556
Description:
J507MoW is low hydrogen sodium type coating, anti-H, N, NH3 corrosion of low alloy steel electrode. Using DC reverse, can be full position welding. The deposited metal has good corrosion resistance, good welding process performance.
use:
For the welding of low alloy steel with high temperature and high pressure corrosion resistant to H, N, NH3 containing Mo, W, Nb, V and other elements, such as 10MoWVNb high temperature hydrogen corrosion or high temperature high pressure H, N, NH3 corrosion of steel.

Precautions:
⒈ welding electrode to be about 350 ℃ baking 1h, with the baking with the use.
2. Welder should be removed before welding rust, oil, water and other impurities.
3. Welding with short arc operation, narrow channel is appropriate.
⒋ on the thick weldment preheated before welding about 150 ℃, 740 ℃ after welding tempered.
