J507X
Description:
J507RH is a low hydrogen sodium type of high toughness ultra-low hydrogen low alloy steel electrode, the use of DC reverse. Has a good welding process, arc stability, easy slag, deposited metal has excellent ductility, toughness and crack resistance. All-position welding.
use:
Applicable to E36, DE36, A537 and other low alloy steel important structural welding. Such as offshore platforms, ships, pressure vessels and so on.

Precautions:
⒈ before the electrode to be 350-400 ℃ baking 1h, and then placed in a 100-150 ℃ incubator, with the baking with the use.
⒉ before welding on the weld to be removed rust, oil, water and other impurities.
⒊ welding operation required to use a short arc to narrow the welding is appropriate.
