J507 is a low hydrogen sodium type carbon steel electrode. DC reverse, can be full position welding. Has excellent welding process performance, stable arc, less spatter, easy to slag, the deposited metal has excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance, good resistance to low temperature impact toughness.
use:
Used for welding of medium carbon steel and low alloy steel structure (compression, dynamic load), such as 16Mn, 09Mn2Si, 09Mn2V and A, B, D, E grade steel for ships, Poor carbon steel welding.

Precautions:
⒈ welding electrode to be baked by 350 ℃ 1h, with baking with the use.
⒉ weld before welding must be removed rust, oil, water and other impurities.
