Description:
The main component of the wire is ultra-low C-22Cr-12Ni. Equipped with JQ.SJ601 stainless steel alkaline sintered flux, the deposited metal has good mechanical properties, crack resistance, resistance to intergranular corrosion. Due to high alloy content, good high temperature performance; low carbon content, excellent corrosion resistance.
use:
Often used in welding carbon steel and stainless steel dissimilar materials, petrochemical industries such as reaction vessel wall cladding transition metal, or for less tough martensitic, ferritic stainless steel welding, and similar materials welding.

Precautions:
1. Welding temperature between the proposed control at about 150 ℃. Small and medium size multi-channel multi-layer welding, pay attention to control the welding line energy.
2. Welding parts of the rust layer, moisture, oil, dust, etc. really want to clean up.
3 flux before use to be 300 ~ 350 ℃ baking 2h.
