W907Ni
Description:
J107 is a low hydrogen sodium type low alloy high strength steel electrode, using DC reverse, all-position welding.
use:
For welding tensile strength equivalent to about 980N / mm 2 low-alloy high-strength steel structure.

Precautions:
1. Before welding electrode to be 400 ℃ baking 1h, placed in 100 ~ 150 ℃ incubator, with the use of take.
2. Solder before welding to remove rust, oil, water and other impurities.
3. The use of short arc welding, narrow-channel welding is appropriate.
4. Weldment before welding by 200 ~ 300 ℃ preheating and tempering at about 500 ℃ after welding to eliminate internal stress.
