YD507
Description:
YD507 is a flux-cored flux-cored welding wire used for surfacing. It protects the gas mixture of 80% Ar + 20% CO2 and has good welding process, stable arc, small splash, easy slag-free and crack-free. Has a good high temperature hardness, stable performance. Preheat the specimen should be preheated to about 400 ℃, after welding about 550 ℃ tempering.
use:
Mainly used for hot forging die surfacing, die base metal 5CrNiMo, 5CrMnMo, at high temperatures so that the mold has good hardness and thermal fatigue resistance.

Precautions:
1 welding workpiece should be degreasing, rust treatment.
2. Welding, the gas flow is generally 20 ~ 25L / min.
3 flux cored welding, dry elongation should be 15 ~ 25mm.
4. Wire warehouse humidity should be maintained at less than 60%.
5. Non-vacuum packaging wire storage time should not exceed six months, vacuum packaging wire storage time should not exceed one year.
