J607
Description:
J857 is a low hydrogen sodium type of low alloy high strength steel electrodes, the use of DC reverse, all-position welding.
use:
For welding tensile strength equivalent to about 830N / mm2 low-alloy high-strength steel structure.

Precautions:
1. Before welding electrode to be 400 ℃ baking 1h, then placed in the incubator, with the use of take.
2. Solder before welding to remove rust and dirt, and preheated about 200 ℃.
3. After welding can be 600 ~ 650 ℃ tempering to clear the stress.
