J107
Description:
J426 is a low hydrogen potassium type of carbon steel electrode. AC and DC dual-use, can be all-position welding. The deposited metal has excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance, good impact toughness at low temperature.
use:
For the welding of low carbon steel and low alloy steel structure, such as shipbuilding, bridges, pressure vessels.

Precautions:
⒈ welding electrode to be baked by 350 ℃ 1h, with baking with the use.
⒉ weld before welding must be removed rust, oil, water and other impurities.
⒊ welding operation required to use a short arc to narrow the welding is appropriate
