J426 (J48.46)
Description:
J107Cr is a low hydrogen sodium type low alloy high strength steel electrodes, using DC reverse, can be all-position welding.
use:
Suitable for welding tensile strength greater than 980N / mm 2 high-strength low-alloy steel stage. Such as 30CrMnSi, 35CrMo and so on.

Precautions:
1. Before welding electrode to be 400 ℃ baking 1h, placed in 100 ~ 150 ℃ incubator, with the use of take.
2. Weldment must remove rust and dirt, weldment preheated to about 300 ℃.
3. Weld after welding should be quenched and tempered, the 880 ℃ oil quenching and 520 ℃ tempering air-cooled to eliminate the residual stress of weldment and to promote the homogenization of the organization.
