J501Fe is a titanium powder coating of carbon steel electrodes. The deposition efficiency is about 110%. AC and DC dual-use, can be all-position welding. Has excellent welding performance, stable arc, small splash, easy slag; weld forming beautiful.

For the welding of carbon steel and low alloy structure, such as 16Mn and other ships, vehicles and mechanical structure of the welding.

Precautions:
⒈ welding before welding should be removed rust, oil, water and other impurities.
⒉ electrode storage time is too long, should be baked before 180 ~ 200 ℃ baking 1h.
