J427Ni is a low hydrogen sodium type carbon steel electrode. Using DC reverse, can be full position welding. It is characterized by weld metal with excellent low temperature impact toughness.
use:
For the welding of low carbon steel and the corresponding strength of low alloy steel important structures, such as marine steel (Q235 series A, B, D, E), boilers, bridges, pressure vessels and other low temperature conditions under dynamic load bearing structure .

Precautions:
⒈ welding electrode to be baked by 350 ℃ 1h, with baking with the use.
⒉ weld before welding must be removed rust, oil, water and other impurities.
