Z408
Description:
Z408 is nickel-iron alloy core, strong reductive graphite coating of iron electrode, with high strength, good plasticity, low coefficient of linear expansion. Cracking resistance to gray cast iron is similar to that of Z308, but to ductile cast iron is stronger than that of Z308. Cast iron with a high phosphorus content (0.2% P) also has good results, and the machinability is slightly worse than Z308 and Z508. Used at room temperature or slightly preheated (to about 200 ℃) gray cast iron and ductile iron welding. AC and DC.
use:
Suitable for repairing welding of important high strength gray castings and ductile castings. Such as cylinders, engine blocks, gears, rollers and so on.
