Description:
J506NiCrCu is a low hydrogen potassium type weathering steel electrode. AC and DC dual-use, can be all-position welding. The deposited metal has excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, crack resistance and good ductility and toughness.
use:
For steel 490N / mm 2 Welding Tensile strength level weathering steel, such as rolling stock welded structure, offshore engineering, bridges and the like.

Precautions:
⒈ welding electrode to be baked by 350 ℃ 1h, with baking with the use.
⒉ weld before welding must be removed rust, oil, water and other impurities.
⒊ welding operation required to use a short arc to narrow the welding is appropriate.
